The story

Problem, product, payoff.

The challenge
Sales, purchases and stock lived on paper chalans and in separate spreadsheets. Nobody could see stock levels, supplier balances or monthly sales without a day of reconciling.
What we built
We built a web system around the way the company trades. Products and brands with price updates, suppliers and customers with ledgers, purchase and sales invoices that handle weight, bundles, discounts and truck fare, live stock with unit prices, and reports for suppliers, customers and sales.
The outcome
The team records each transaction once and sees sales, purchases, stock and balances on one dashboard. Every important record is stored safely and is there when it is needed.
