The story

Problem, product, payoff.

The challenge
Finding a reliable local professional meant word of mouth and guesswork, and good providers had no simple way to win new customers, manage requests and get paid.
What we built
We designed both sides of the marketplace. Customers browse popular categories, search with Elasticsearch, view detailed service profiles and pay securely through Stripe. Providers are screened with Checkr and run everything from a dashboard: incoming service requests, their services, schedule, messages and job history, all updated in real time.
The outcome
Customers can find, compare and book a vetted professional in minutes, and providers manage their whole business in one place. The platform also opens job opportunities for people who want to offer their services.
